Shipping & Handling Charges

• each shirt will be charged for shipping, via USPS parcel post based on the delivery zip code.
• customers can choose expedited delivery, via USPS during check out for additional fees determined by your zip code.
• In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of the order. Out-of-stock items can take up to 8 weeks to fulfill.

Refund Policy

Spiral Salaam will accept returns of new and unused items only.  Any shirt which has been worn or washed should not be returned. All claims of damages or errors must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the items. Any non-defective merchandise must be returned with shipping PREPAID.  Packages sent freight collect will be refused.  There will be a 25% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise.  This 25% fee will be calculated from the original selling price of the merchandise, exclusive of any shipping charges. There is no restocking free for exchanging a shirt for that of a different size.

Defective Items:
Defects include improperly sewn or cut items, severe discolorations, cut or damaged cloth, and gross printing errors which spoil the graphic design.  Defects do not include minor variations in printing from one shirt to the next or minor variations in size or base shirt color.
Spiral Salaam will replace any defective t-shirt with a t-shirt of the same type and pattern, with Spiral Salaam paying for its shipping to the customer.  If a suitable replacement is not available, Spiral Salaam, may offer the customer a full refund.
